Service Center Design

Safe Haven Service Centers 

       

I will be building service centers for my safe heaven's. A community within a community.             

These building will be modern commercial structures designed to last a thousand years covering roughly 20 acres.           

    

The design will be monolithic pour geo-polymer concrete. (researching hemp & graphene as possible messing and or bonding agents). With amplifying and dampening energy field tech incorporated(good in bad out).

            

And the exterior will be semi detached transparent aluminum encasing the whole building with minimum 12' air space (aka sun room) for controlled passive solar temperature and air circulation. This air space will have transparent walkways at each level & semi agriponics systems allowing for planting consumable foods, herbs etc. For natural air cleaning, and community needs. Center atrium's will serve the same purpose.

                                

Each building will have a basement for mechanical. To include water reclamation & live water oxygen, mineral circulation equipment. State of the art air enhancement equipment. Secured work space to research, enhance and implement new tech.

           

1st floor an open air park environment with security stations. To include minimal parking for recreation vehicles and commercial deliveries. The ceiling in this area will be 30' allow for planing fruit trees. This level provides year round out door activities, with entry ways closed only during extreme weather. And added additional eco harmony between plants and humans. There will be no accommodations for animals except family pets. Other habitats will be encouraged for farm and wild animals. There will also be 8' of geo thermal base below this level. That will act as part of the passive solar, & water filtration system.

          

2nd floor parking.

               

3rd floor barracks style housing for homeless & office space. There will be conference rooms for 250 seat capacity, class rooms for 25 seat capacity. A 24/7, 1000 seat capacity buffet style dinning facility serving 4 meal schedules, that can be used as a convention center on off hours. A 2000 bed barracks style shelter for men. Beds will be in 4 twin sized bunks cubicle's, with dressers & storage under each bunk. And there will be a 1000 bed shelter for women. Families will be accommodated on the sixth floor.

Rest rooms will be done in 20 individually compartmentalize units, thru out the 1st, 3rd, & 7th floors. With computerized card key access. Each unit will have toilet, sink, & shower with smoke detectors. Vandalism and or drug use will result in 72 hr vacate of premises.

              

4th floor dorm style housing. Will include hotel style rooms with 4 full sized bunks. And built in dresser closets. Also will have class rooms and one lecture hall. This floor is for single sage one and stage two re-integration participants.

              

5th 1 bedroom apartments. Singles and couples without children going thru phase three leadership training. Typical classes room & lecture hall requirements.

            

6th family housing. This floor will be section to allow for privacy of employee families and leadership staff wanting to stay on site. With another area holding coaching offices & temporary shelter housing families, & family shelter staff.

         

7th will be open air green house encased in transparent aluminum. This level is a full multi level farm. 3 feet of top soil will be gleaned during site excavation, and put on this level.

Combinations of irrigation, agroponics, and hydroponics will provide best environment for each crops needs. Resulting in food production for 50k people or more. Black water and excess grey water will be used in adjacent or near by evergreen wood land lots.
