With smart phone app's & biometric smart debit cards, all that is needed for cash distribution is ATM's.

First understand this will end bank's manipulation of economics. I personally experienced this manipulation in rural areas of usa. They intentional destroyed rural economies, then bought off local government, to force poor people back to the cities. QFS will end UN agenda 21 as well.

I to understand some of the more advanced aspects. But only wanted to address the basics at this time.

To move the charity aspect of my plan as quickly as possible. I will have teams go out and offer a $50 bio-card for doing a survey. With an access code to go online to do a full survey for a larger payment.

The survey is to determine need assessments, and assign a compatible empowerment coach. This is one of several action plans.

The bio-metric cards will draw funds directly from the QFS. My coach's will be authorized to hydrate these cards. Cash can be obtained at public atm's. And cash can be put back on these cards at atm's.

The cards are at type of bank account. So providing an app for computers or smart phones would allow digital transfers to and from these cards.

I see the old way of using check's will fall away. Until then check cashing locations are valid. Just need to control the fee's these places charge until they are phased out. The out flow of funds is simple for paying at retailers and getting cash. As is intended for people in immediate need. Like the homeless.

More knowledge is required for per to per exchange of funds. Like how to do online money transfers.

As people progress through my programs, like empowerment training and jobs training. These cards will be using in pay wages and provide grants for projects, etc.
